It is always our aim to understand our clients' businesses intimately and to work closely with management - whenever they identify the need for consultancy input. For that reason repeat business consistently represents a large proportion of the work we do.
That way the need for familiarization - to get to know the people, their vocabulary, ways of working and thinking - is kept to a minimum on both sides; and consultants in particular can 'hit the ground running'
That way, too, relationships, confidence and trust develop, as they should, from previous successes together.
